Managing Director, Garreth Bloor, is a member of several networks, including the Harambe Entrepreneurship Alliance, African Leadership Network and St. Gallen Class of 2015, among others, and co-founded a first angel-backed start-up at 22. Bloor has served on several boards and regularly addresses numerous audiences including the World Economic Forum, Columbia Business School and Harvard University. He held executive government posts in economic development in South Africa from age 24 to 28. In addition to South Africa, he has been responsible for leading Glenheim’s operational work into the US, Canada, the UK and Europe since inception.
Dana Pretorius CA(SA) is a co-founder and director of OutsourcedCFO and a Chartered Accountant by profession. Through OutsourcedCFO, he mentored multiple Tech Companies as one of Microsoft’s BizSpark Program’s national financial mentors. As CFO and trusted advisor to his clients, he assisted with multiple fund raisings for clients in his portfolio. Dana specializes in strategy, idea generation and problem solving.

Louw Barnardt CA(SA) is a co-founder and managing director of OutsourcedCFO. His work in building up this company of finance professionals has earned him a position as the youngest entrepreneur on SAICA’s Top 35 under 35. Louw has mentored, coached and judged on various tech incubation and acceleration programs and has built a formidable reputation on the entrepreneurial scene in SA. His views on entrepreneurship, finance and growth have been widely published.
Richard is head of the Glenheim Venture Capital Fund Investment Committee. He is a former partner at Finvex and previously Managing Director at Deutsche Bank. During his tenure at Deutsche Bank which started in 1996, Richard spearheaded financial structuring in strategic equity transactions in emerging markets. Richard gained tremendous international finance and regulatory experience structuring tailor-made capital markets transactions leading to improved financial performance and enhanced internal controls. Richard was also central to Deutsche Bank’s growth in the warrant market, portfolio trading and portfolio derivative solutions. Richard has a B.Bus.Sc Honours (Cum Laude in Statistics). He is passionate wine-maker and owns a farm in Bordeaux, France.
